A young web designer, a former student of the Web & Graphic Design course, she talks about his professional experience.
The communication industry is an extremely fascinating and multi-faceted world. Talent and passion are indispensable elements, but not enough to pursue a career in this sector.
The communication market needs creative, pragmatic and competent professionals. A communication school is valid if provides its students with the right tools to be attractive in the world of work.
Here is the interview with Serena Belluomini, a young web designer, former student of Istituto Modartech.
1. Who are you and what do you do?
I am Serena, I am 22 years old and I attended the course of Web & Graphic Design at Istituto Modartech realizing the internship in the communication office of Aletta, where I helped in the management of the site, in the publication and realization of graphic materials, in still life shots and in their customization.
This activity was accompanied by that relating to traditional forms of advertising (printed materials) and social networks.
2. What brought you to Istituto Modartech and why did you choose it?
I chose Istituto Modartech because in the course of Web & Graphic Design I saw the opportunity to get closer to the world of graphics, as a starting point for a creative and rewarding career and since it provided me with entry into the world of work at the end of the course.
3. What are the skills and abilities acquired during the course of study at Istituto Modartech that you have implemented in your professional activity?
At Modartech I learned how to use the graphics programs necessary for this profession and the basis of programming; but also to approach life with positivity, creativity and professionalism, understanding what my path was.
Through the school I was able to design and create graphics for the Tuscania Festival, installed on the facade of the Belvedere palace in the center of Volterra during the event.
A definitely positive experience for my preparation.
4. What advice would you give to those who want to pursue a career like yours?
My advice for those who want to pursue a career like mine is to jump and dare, not to stop in front of your own limits and to fight with determination, always having your goals in mind.
