METAMORPHOSIS | The Art of Made in Italy

At the heart of the show were the creative projects of Modartech talents

On Wednesday, June 26th and Thursday, June 27th, Modartech Institute presents its end-of-academic-year event “METAMORPHOSIS | The Art of Made in Italy“, where the absolute protagonists will be the projects created by the graduates of the Fashion and Communication Design courses.

It’s a celebration of the ingenuity and craftsmanship of Made in Italy, with the keyword “metamorphosis” understood as a creative process of transformation from vision to artistic project. It’s a journey of reinterpretation and evolution, expressed through the works designed by Modartech talents.

The focus of the event is the Creative Exhibition showcasing the collections and projects of the students from both degree programs. These creations highlight tailoring, technical and eco-sustainable materials, as well as techniques like draping, stitching, and knitting. There will also be a dedicated communication expo area at Piaggio Museum, featuring educational projects and creative portfolios. To complete the event, there will be a Fashion Performance, an open-air display of the iconic garments created by Modartech talents. This event serves as a platform for visibility and a valuable networking opportunity for students to connect with companies, professionals, and the media.

Several awards are also planned, including the award for the project developed with Max Mara Fashion Group and the Pitti Tutoring & Consulting Award. Special mentions will be given by TheCubeArchive and WEAREGO(L)D, while communication projects will be honored by the agencies FLOD and Alternamente.

The event will conclude with Modartech Party, an end-of-academic-year celebration featuring a DJ set held at Villa Crastan.
