From May 24th to 26th, Istituto Modartech is present at the Stazione Leopolda as part of the Robotics Festival, showcasing to the public the outcomes of design and prototyping techniques learned through the new 1st-level Master’s program in Fashion Hi-Tech. Developed in collaboration with the BioRobotics Institute of Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna in Pisa, this program aims to train professionals capable of integrating intelligent technologies into aesthetically appealing and functional clothing and accessories.
Inside the exhibition area of Istituto Modartech, a series of garments combining craftsmanship, research, and high technology are on display. The orientation team will be present to explain the educational offering of the new Master’s program starting in October 2024, accredited by the Ministry of Education, Universities and Research (MUR). This program aims to train future designers capable of creating innovative and technologically advanced fashion products, focusing on traditional and smart materials, 3D CAD design, fashion design, accessory design, product design, advanced modeling, prototyping, and sensor systems.
