Istituto Modartech strengthens the link between creative excellence and Made in Italy corporate realities through innovative educational projects. The collaboration between Modartech and Zerosettanta Studio, the historic Landi family brand, involved a group of third-year students of the course degree in Fashion Design, leading to the selection of the projects of Erika Guarino and Carlotta Citi.
Erika Guarino has created a seasonless collection inspired by the values and flavors of Tuscany, which pays homage to the traditional shapes of Butteri outerwear with a contemporary twist. Her line combines hi-tech fabrics, vintage details and light padding, creating garments suitable for both the city and a weekend outdoors
Carlotta Citi, on the other hand, has developed a men’s sportswear collection that places the emphasis on sustainability, tradition and second hand. Her creations feature casual shapes and textures, versatile pieces and a mix of prints that evoke an urban and metropolitan style.
The two projects were exhibited at Pitti Uomo 102 in front of agents, international buyers and the press, and then went on sale in the Spring/Summer 2023 collection of the Landi brand.
