At the Vespa World Days 2024, the annual gathering of national Vespa Clubs from around the world, set to take place in Pontedera from April 18th to 21st, Istituto Modartech presents its Creative Exhibition titled ”140 Years of Stories.” This exhibition pays tribute to Piaggio Group’s 140th anniversary through innovative projects created by students in Fashion Design and Communication Design courses.
At its core, this exhibition is a narrative of innovation, reflecting Piaggio’s commitment to sustainable, connected, and inclusive mobility. It celebrates Italian heritage by blending design, fashion and communication to recount the extraordinary evolution of the brand.
The Creative Exhibition will be previewed on Monday, April 15th, coinciding with the National Day of Made in Italy established by the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy, before being open to the public during the Vespa World Days. Through a blend of research, craftsmanship and technological innovation, the exhibition promises an engaging journey through the evolution of fashion and communication seen through the eyes of young creatives of Generation Z.
To the estimated 20,000 participants of Vespa World Days, the exhibition will serve as a testament to the creative spirit of our Modartech talents: a unique showcase of stories that depict Piaggio Group and Vespa as indispensable symbols of Made in Italy worldwide.
