THE INSTITUTE OF PONTEDERA AND ITS DESIGNER UNIQUE ITALIAN AMONG THE WINNERS OF THE INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION FOR EMERGING DESIGNERS.
Among 14831 projects, over 600 fashion design schools and 24 worldwide finalists Daria Locchi, twenty-two student of the 3rd year of the Course Fashion Design, wins the relevant Lectra Special Award at the global competition “Mittelmoda The Fashion Award”.
Daria’s collection ispired by the modern urban rider between design and heritage, technology, innovation and sustainability was presented on the international runway.
The student’s creations, judged by remarkable personalities of Italian Fashion System such as Matteo Marzotto, Beppe Modenese, Carlo Capasa, convinced the jury and win the “Lectra Fil Rouge Defilé” on Mittelmoda’s Catwalk as the collection most adherent to the Lectra mood.
